30-day easy returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No restocking fees, no interrogation — just email support@zhongzhuan.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original condition, with original packaging where possible.
• Custom-made and clearance items marked "final sale" are not returnable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, take photos within 48 hours of delivery and send them to support. We will ship a replacement part or a full replacement at no cost to you — your choice.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order. We will waive shipping on your replacement order.
