1-year warranty

Every product is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing or material defect appears under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at no charge, including shipping of replacement parts.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Parts and components that stop working under normal use

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches and fading
• Damage from misuse, modification, accidents or commercial use

Care guides

• Electronics: keep away from moisture and extreme heat; use only included or certified chargers.
• Textiles: follow the care label — most items machine wash cold and air dry.
• Ceramics & glass: hand wash to preserve finishes; avoid thermal shock from sudden temperature changes.

Making a claim

Email support@zhongzhuan.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days.
